A bath complex is being built in the center of Krasnoyarsk. It may be illegal

In the center of Krasnoyarsk, on the shore of Kachi, the construction of a large bath complex began, said the deputy of the City Council Semen Sendersky.

The construction is located at 60b Kachinskaya. The passport of the facility posted on the fence indicates that the complex will be called the Yurt Banya, it is built by LIST LLC. The construction should be completed in the 2nd quarter of 2025.

Semen Sendersky noted that in recent years the authorities have invested a lot of funds in the improvement of Kachi and the placement of the bath complex in this place is not the best option.

“In the coastal zone of the river, 200 garages and 10 capital buildings were demolished, the shores were cleaned of garbage, shrubs and covered with slabs, forged lattices and rotunda were installed along the embankment. Later they were well -guided by the embankment, put new gazebos and benches. In the budget of the city, almost every year, money is allocated and a section of the river is transformed or they are landscaped nearby, for example, the Judician square. The result of all transformations – today the townspeople love walks along the river, ”the deputy said.

Krasnoyarsk residents spoke out against such an object: “I wonder how they will connect water? And how are they resolved issues with the sewer? ” Questions are also caused by the safety of a new object.

It is known that the bath complex has already been interested in the city hall. They will check the legality of the construction, since the permission for it was not issued.
