In Abakan, four teenagers beat up a friend because of suspicion of betrayal

In the Republic of Khakassia, four teenagers were given suspended sentences for beating a comrade whom they suspected of treason.

The investigative department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation said that on the evening of December 13, 2024, five young people aged 15, 16 and 18 years old arrived at a house on Griboyedov Street in Abakan. They planned to sort things out with a mutual friend with whom they had previously had a conflict. But the plans fell through because the guy, seeing them through the window, refused to go outside.

Then one of the teenagers suspected that “victim» someone warned. Suspicion fell on a 15-year-old member of the group. Allegedly, he could help an acquaintance avoid a conflict.

“The company decided to teach him a lesson. The defendants inflicted multiple punches and kicks to the victim’s head, body and limbs,” the investigative department said.

The teenagers filmed everything that happened on their phones.

During the investigation, the guys fully admitted their guilt. The court found them guilty under Part 2 of Art. 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Hooliganism committed by a group of persons by prior conspiracy.” They received a suspended sentence of imprisonment for a term of 1 year 6 months to 2 years.
