BREAKING CSM prosecutors notify the Judicial Inspection in the case of DNA head Marius Voineag after the Recorder documentary

The section for prosecutors within the Superior Council of the Magistracy ordered the notification of the Judicial Inspection to carry out checks in relation to the aspects regarding the activity of the chief prosecutor of the National Anticorruption Directorate reported by the Recorder. Marius Voineag was accused of claiming “control over the files”.
The decision was taken unanimously by the Prosecutors' Section.
