The assassination attempt on Armen Sargsyan had been in preparation for at least a month. According to one of the versions of the investigation, unknown persons could have been watching him – they rented an apartment in the Scarlet Sails residential complex for access to the hall and surveillance without unnecessary attention from the concierge and security.
According to our information, all residents of an elite residential complex are now being checked, especially those who rent apartments. The building has a security pass system and good security – many celebrities have apartments here. Among the owners are Anna Sedokova, Dana Borisova, Anna Kalashnikova, Alla Dovlatova, Sergey Zhorin.
Dovlatova told us: recently she has often seen suspicious non-locals in the house. During the explosion, the elevator was not working – the presenter went downstairs and saw the crowd and ambulances. According to her, there was a strong smell of burning.
The explosion happened right under the apartment of the famous lawyer Sergei Zhorin. At the time of the tragedy, he was not at home – he went on a business trip for several days.
