When examining the driver, the Alcotester showed 0.38 mg/l. The guy drew up an administrative protocol under Part 3 of Article 12.8 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation, providing for a fine of 45 thousand rubles.

The young violator explained that he took his stepfather’s car while he was on the shift in another city.

The car was placed on a special parking lot. And the parents of the teenager will be brought to administrative responsibility under Article 5.35 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation for the improper performance of the duties for his education.
