Trump at the Pinchuk YES forum: “The war will end not on the battlefield, but at the negotiating table”The 47th President of the United States, Donald Trump, sent a video message to the participants of the Yalta European Strategy (YES) forum, which is organized every year in Kyiv by the Viktor Pinchuk Foundation.
🔹 In his address, Trump emphasized the need for a diplomatic settlement of the war:
“Congratulations on the 21st anniversary of YES. I don't think the war will end on the battlefield — it will end at the negotiating table. That is why I had a productive first summit with President Putin in Alaska last month, as well as a very positive meeting with President Zelenskyi and European leaders at the White House. We continue to work hard for peace,” he said.
