According to the employer's statements, she would register her attendance starting at 6:45 or 7:00 in the morning, although she had no assigned duties at these times. In addition, on some days, he tried to log in through the company's app before arriving at the office.

The company also accused her of another breach of trust: selling a company car battery without permission. These actions were considered by the court to be part of a pattern of disloyalty, according to metro.

The Social Court of Alicante ruled in favor of the employer, emphasizing that the problem was not excessive punctuality, but the employee's refusal to comply with the rules at work, a fact that constitutes a serious violation according to Article 54 of the Spanish Workers' Statute.

The young woman can appeal to the Supreme Court of Valencia. For the time being, the dismissal decision remains valid.

The company argued that following instructions and coordinating the team are essential for the smooth operation of the logistics area.

During the trial, the employee claimed that coming in early was in response to the heavy workload, but presented no evidence to support the claim.
