In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, 19 fires were extinguished over the past 24 hours, one of which resulted in the death of a person. The Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations reported this.
A deadly tragedy occurred during the day in Lesosibirsk – a private residential building on Polyarnaya Street caught fire. The fire spread to an area of 121 m² and was extinguished by 16 people and 6 pieces of equipment. Firefighters found the body of a man on a sofa in one of the rooms. The preliminary cause of the incident is said to be a violation of safety rules when using the stove.
And in Krasnoyarsk, early in the morning of December 9, a shoe workshop was burning on Severo-Yeniseiskaya Street. Using 3 units of equipment and 11 people, the fire was extinguished on an area of 10 m². It could be caused by an electrical short circuit.
Also, over the past 24 hours, employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations were called in three times to eliminate the consequences of road accidents in the region. No incidents were registered in the water areas.
