Ukraine will present a new peace plan. US troops will stay in Poland. Summary of the night

A new plan for Ukraine
“There were 28 points, now there are 20. We have leveled this direction and, to be honest, the points unfavorable to Ukraine have been removed. The Americans are basically focused on finding a compromise. Of course, there are difficult issues regarding territory. No compromise has been found on this matter yet,” Zelensky said on Monday, answering journalists' questions on WhatsApp. “I think the plan will be ready tomorrow. In the evening, around this time. We will review it again and send it to the United States,” he added.
US troops will stay in Poland
– We have a political declaration, both submitted to the government and the presidential palace, that this will be the case – said deputy head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Marcin Bosacki when asked on TVP about the presence of American troops in Poland. To the comment that the US National Security Strategy could be perceived as a “coup in US diplomacy”, Bosacki replied that “we really need to ask Americans when they are serious.” As he said, there are “things that worry” in the presented US position, although – as he added – there are also some that make us happy, including: mentioning Poland as a model ally.
— We are clarifying with the Americans what their position really is. We want to “clarify” America's attitude towards Europe and its European allies, he said.

Its purpose is, among others, implementation of EU regulations, i.e. the MiCA regulation (The Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation). According to the project, supervision over the crypto-assets market would be exercised by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority, equipped with appropriate supervisory and control tools. Some obligations of issuers of asset-linked tokens and e-money tokens, as well as crypto-asset service providers, have also been clarified.
On Friday, the Sejm did not reject the president's veto to the act on cryptoassets, therefore – as announced by Prime Minister Donald Tusk – the government will once again adopt the draft regulation and submit it to the Sejm.
