At a press conference held in Krasnoyarsk, VTB spoke about the progress of integration with Pochta Bank.

As a result of the merger, which started in the spring of 2025, about 130 thousand clients of Post Bank in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, Khakassia and Tyva will switch to VTB services. The project is taking place in three stages, two of which have already been completed. It will significantly expand the geography of VTB's presence and make banking services available in small localities at post offices.

According to VTB regional manager Alexander Vanyushkin, complete completion of integration is planned for mid-2026. As a result, VTB’s service network will be replenished with dozens of new points. Thus, in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, VTB’s network is expanding by 54 Post Bank branches, in the Republic of Khakassia – by 10 branches, and in the Republic of Tyva – by 3 branches. In addition, the bank's services will be available at 500 post offices in three regions.

As part of the integration, starting next year, servicing the Pushkin Card will also move from Post Bank to VTB. More than 70 thousand Siberians have already applied to the bank to receive this card. Note that Now holders can continue to use the Pushkin Card issued by Pochta Bank – it will work without changes until December 31.
