In Krasnoyarsk, a violating motorist who tried to hide from the traffic police was brought to administrative responsibility.

The incident occurred on April 7 in the afternoon. On Voronova Street, the crew noticed a Toyota Hilux Surf SUV without license plates and demanded that the driver stop. He ignored the police, increased his speed and decided to escape the pursuit off-road, but was unable to do so. A few minutes later he was detained.

It turned out that the driver was a 41-year-old local resident, who had previously been deprived of the right to drive vehicles.

“In relation to the man, traffic police inspectors issued three fines totaling 7,000 rubles – for driving on a red light, repeated driving of an unregistered car and failure to comply with a police officer's request to stop. After this, the offender was taken to the Sovetsky District Court, which sentenced him to 7 days of administrative arrest for driving a car without a driver’s license,” the traffic police said.
