The Employment Service attracted more than 6,000 employees to large projects in priority industries of the Krasnoyarsk Territory

Since the beginning of 2025, more than 6,000 vacant jobs have been filled at enterprises in priority sectors of the economy. To ensure staffing, the employment service conducted open selections of candidates, job fairs, guaranteed interviews and other events within the framework of the state program of the Krasnoyarsk Territory “Promoting Employment.”

In addition, under the “Mobility 2.0” program of the “Personnel” national project, state support was provided when in-demand specialists moved to their place of work.

The search for candidates for enterprises was conducted by personal curators. In order for employers to quickly fill their staffing needs, resumes of applicants from different territories were considered.

For example, the Krasnoyarsk research and production enterprise required additional workers due to an increase in orders. Two employees were immediately brought in from the Balakhtinsko-Novoselovsky municipal district. Under the Mobility 2.0 program, the employer received a subsidy to organize the relocation of candidates within the region.

“The employment service promotes the flow of personnel to labor-scarce areas of the region. This mechanism allows us to achieve balance in the labor market. Enterprises receive the necessary employee, and job seekers receive opportunities for career growth,” said Viktor Novikov, head of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Labor and Employment Agency.

The priority ones include 32 enterprises of the military-industrial complex – these are high-tech industries, organizations in the metallurgical, nuclear, space industries, mining industries, as well as machine-building and oil refineries.

Currently, enterprises in priority sectors of the economy require more than 1.2 thousand specialists. Vacancies are available on the digital service “Personnel for the Defense Industrial Complex” on the Interactive portal of the Labor and Employment Agency of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

It should be noted that in total in 2025, 29 thousand residents of the region will be employed with the assistance of the employment service. Since the beginning of the year, 12 thousand employers have placed over 158 thousand job offers. Today, about 36 thousand vacancies are available for job seekers. Many are aimed at specialists in the manufacturing industry, construction, agriculture and forestry.
