Citizens began to steal the dairy product, which had soared in price, media reported.
The product has risen in price by more than 23% since the beginning of the year. And although oil production is growing (according to Rosselkhoznadzor, by 3.51% since the beginning of the year, to 384.3 thousand tons), this is not enough to stabilize prices.
