I grate zucchini, egg and cheese and fry tender pancakes in 20 minutes: satiety is guaranteed until dinner

If you don't know what to cook from simple ingredients, try this recipe for pancakes. They come together in just 20 minutes, require only one pan, and aren't boring at all.

Ingredients:

Zucchini – 1 large
Egg – 2 pcs.
Hard cheese – 80 g
Flour – 3 tbsp. l.
Garlic – 1 clove
Salt, black pepper, pinch of nutmeg – to taste
Vegetable oil for frying

How to cook:

  • Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater and lightly squeeze out the juice.
  • Add eggs, grated cheese, chopped garlic, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  • Gradually add flour and mix well. The mass should be thick, but not dry.
  • Heat a frying pan with oil over medium heat.
  • Spoon pancakes into pancakes that are not too thick.
  • Fry for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  • Serve the finished pancakes hot immediately.

They turn out tender on the inside, crispy on the outside.

Bon appetit!
