For the first time in first place in the race for the Capital City Hall, Anca Alexandrescu scores in several chapters, according to the data of an opinion poll conducted by AtlasIntel for HotNews. The poll shows that he could be voted for by the most women of all the candidates.

- Another surprise is that the “decrees” generation opts for Anca Alexandrescu in the highest proportion, among all the candidates.
- The AtlasIntel survey was conducted between December 1-5, 2025, on a sample of 2,188 respondents from Bucharest.

Anca Alexandrescu receives the most votes from the people of Bucharest, according to AtlasIntel survey data.
According to the research, the candidate supported by AUR at the Capital City Hall is voted by 25.4% of women and is followed by Daniel Băluță (PSD) – 19.8%, by Ciprian Ciucu (PNL) – 19.4% and by Cătălin Drula – 15.2%. Ana Ciceăla is not far from Drula in this regard, with 13.6% of women.
The favorite of those with primary school, but also of those with high incomes
The Realitatea Plus star takes 61.4% of the votes of those with primary school, but also the most votes from the population with incomes below 3,000 lei (27.2%), with incomes between 3,000 and 5,000 lei – 34.2%, but also among those with incomes between 5,000 and 7,000 lei – 27.4%.
In age categories, Anca Alexandrescu gets the most votes from those between 50-59 years old – 41.8%, 60-69 years old – 31% and 70+ – 34.2%.
The third and last survey that the AtlasIntel company conducted for HotNews in this campaign shows Anca Alexandrescu in first place, with 0.1% in front of Daniel Băluță, which practically means equality. And Ciprian Ciucu follows them at less than 4%, keeping the race extremely close.

The elections for the Capital City Hall take place on Sunday, December 7, after the position of general mayor became vacant following the resignation of Nicușor Dan from the position. Dan was elected president of Romania in May, after defeating George Simion in the final.
