At the same time, highly qualified employees in the field of AI are 55 percent more more likely to leave their job. As explained in the publication, people with high competences in the use of AI tools are sought after on the labor market, and external opportunities outweigh internal promotion cycles in companies. However, the percentage of people ready to change jobs decreases with the amount of time devoted to training. Among people who spent less than 4 hours learning AI, it is 21%.
The Work Reimagined Survey was conducted in August 2025 by EY. This was the sixth installment of the study.
