Prime Minister Donald Tusk on his profile on portal X referred to the ongoing scandal related to the national reconstruction plan (KPO), emphasizing the importance of billions of euros to reach Poland for key development projects. As he said, the government devoted a lot of effort to unlock these EU funds and cannot be allowed for their “waste” (original spelling). The Prime Minister clearly pointed out that everyone who has committed errors would bear the consequences, regardless of the function or party affiliation. In addition, he criticized PiS activities, which he thinks they use lies and manipulations, trying to divert attention from the real problems related to the KPO.
