ANM meteorologists announce that for Friday, December 5, the thermal values ​​will remain above the climatological normal for the first decade of December.

In the extra-Carpathian regions, the sky will be predominantly cloudy, and in some places, especially in the second part of the interval, there will be light rain or drizzle.

“In the extra-Carpathian regions the weather will be predominantly cloudy, with persistent cloudiness throughout the interval, and light rain or drizzle will be in places, especially in the second half of the interval”reports ANM.

In the other regions, the sky will be temporarily cloudy, and passing precipitation is possible in Banat and isolated in the south of Crișanei. “In the west of the Southern Carpathians, at high altitudes, there will be mixed precipitation. There will be isolated amounts of water of 10-20 l/m2 in the massifs in the southwest of the country”say the meteorologists.

The wind will intensify in Oltenia, Muntenia and Dobrogea, with speeds of 40–55 km/h, and “during the day in the south of Banat there will be gusts of 60-70 km/h and over 80-90 km/h in the mountain areas, but especially in the Banat Mountains and in the west of the Southern Carpathians”.

In the rest of the territory, the wind will blow weak and moderate, with local intensifications in Transylvania and Moldova. The maximum temperatures will be between 8 and 15 degrees, and the minimum between -2 degrees in the depressions in eastern Transylvania and 10 degrees on the coast. In the morning and at night, in limited areas, there will be fog.

According to meteorologists, the orange code is valid until December 6, at 10 p.m.

Meteorologists state that “the wind will intensify in the mountain areas on Friday (December 5) in the south, center and east, and on Saturday (December 6) especially in the southeast. There will be speeds in general of 45–55 km/h, and in the mountains, especially in the high area, the gusts will be over 60–80 km/h”.

The maximum temperature will be 10-11 degrees, and the minimum 5-6 degrees.
