Constipation no longer bothers me: I followed the doctor’s recommendations – my stomach “deflated” without pills

Constipation can occur unnoticed, and small delays can turn into several days of discomfort, bloating and a constant feeling of heaviness.

The stomach swells like an inflated balloon, and no “home tips” like apples and an extra glass of water change the situation.

The doctor explained that bowel movements can change over time. It is affected by age, nutrition, activity level, and daily routine. But the main thing is that many problems can be smoothed out if you replace ordinary habits with useful ones.

1. Working fiber

The doctor recommended adding traditional oatmeal, legumes, flaxseed, and vegetables to the diet. After a few days, the gastrointestinal tract gradually begins to “come to life.”

2. Sufficient amount of water

The body needs clean water to make digestion more comfortable. Start your morning with 2 glasses of warm water, sometimes with lemon.

3. Movement

To stimulate bowel function, rhythmic, conscious walks are important, rather than everyday running around. Get outside for at least 20-30 minutes a day.

4. Probiotic Products

Add fermented foods to your diet: sauerkraut, yogurt, fermented drinks, dishes like miso.

5. Daily routine

Stability will help adjust the body. Start eating breakfast around the same time, have dinner earlier, and avoid late-night snacks.

After a month, the stomach will stop bloating and the heaviness will disappear. The stool will become regular, without pain and stress. The intestines will begin to work calmly and predictably, and constipation will be left behind.
