Weather forecast for December 3: Gloomy weather across much of the country with light rain, drizzle and local fog
Meteorologists announce for Wednesday, December 3, capricious weather. Light rain and drizzle will mainly affect the extra-Carpathian regions, and local foggy conditions will be reported in the morning and at night.

According to ANM, on Wednesday, December 3, the sky will be predominantly cloudy in the extra-Carpathian regions, where light rain or drizzle will be expected in limited areas. In the rest of the country, the sky will show temporary clouds and precipitation will be isolated and light. At high altitudes, in the Southern Carpathians, mixed precipitation will fall.
The wind will blow weak and moderate, with intensifications in the south of Banat and in the high mountain area, where speeds will generally reach 40–50 km/h. The maximum temperatures will be between 6 and 14 degrees Celsius, and the minimum between -1 and 10 degrees, the highest values being recorded on the coast. The morning and night will be favorable conditions for local fog in most regions.
In the Capital, the sky will be more cloudy, and in the evening and at the beginning of the night, light rains may be signaled. Winds will be light to moderate and temperatures will range between 5 and 10 degrees Celsius. In the morning and at night, the inhabitants of the Capital must be careful because of the fog.
Meteorologists recommend caution for drivers, especially in foggy areas and on mountain roads where the wind will blow strongly.
