The parents of a Krasnoyarsk resident who died in the Northern Military District were recognized as unworthy heirs

The Kirovsky District Court of Krasnoyarsk decided to consider both parents of a soldier who died during a special military operation as unworthy heirs.

The court revealed circumstances indicating that both parents had failed to fulfill their obligations: the mother had been in prison for a long time, and the father was on the wanted list. The child was actually raised by his grandmother.

After the guy, already an adult, tragically died in the Northern Military District, a conflict broke out between his parents: one tried to challenge the other’s right to monetary compensation. However, the judge found the arguments of both sides untenable.
