In the Krasnoyarsk square, at 277 km of the Kansk-Aban-Boguchany highway, a traffic accident involving three cars occurred.
As the traffic police said, everything happened on December 2 in the afternoon. The 40-year-old driver of the GWM Tank SUV, moving from the direction of Kansk, collided with a passing Toyota RAV-4 crossover with a trailer, which crashed into an oncoming Mazda Familia station wagon due to failure to maintain a distance.
As a result, a 56-year-old Mazda passenger who was not wearing a seat belt required medical attention. The remaining participants in the accident were not injured.
State traffic inspectors ask drivers to be careful when driving vehicles, especially in adverse weather conditions: “Remember that maintaining the speed limit, distance and side intervals are one of the most important components of road safety, violation of which can lead to an accident on the road. And wearing seat belts reduces the risk of death and serious injury as a result of an accident.”
