The Rapid București Universitatea Cluj and Petrolul Ploiești clubs were sanctioned by the Disciplinary Commission within the FRF, as a result of the incidents at the parties in the last period.
The clubs were sanctioned because of the supporters, for bringing into stadiums alcoholic drinks, explosive, incendiary and fumigant objects and materials, toxic, hallucinogenic and irritating substances, other objects that were used by spectators in actions to disturb public order or that can contribute to the production of acts of violence and for lighting or throwing the respective objects towards other spectators or towards/into the field of play, writes news.ro.
Decisions of the Disciplinary Commission:
- FC FCSB vs. ACS Petrolul 52 – Incidents – Pursuant to art. 82.2 and 3 a and 83.2.c of the RD, the ACS PETROLUL 52 club is sanctioned with a sports penalty of 11,250 lei.
- FC CFR 1907 Cluj vs. FC Rapid 1923 – Incidents – Pursuant to art. 82.2 and 3 a and c, related to art. 83.2.b of the RD, the FC RAPID 1923 SA club is sanctioned with a sports penalty of 25,312.5 lei.
- FC UNIVERSITATEA Cluj vs. UNIVERSITY OF Craiova – Incidents – Pursuant to art. 82.1 and 3 a and c, related to art. 83.2.b of the RD, the club FC UNIVERSITATEA Cluj is sanctioned with a sports penalty of 25,312.5 lei.
- AFC UTA Arad vs. AS FC Universitatea Cluj – Incidents – Pursuant to art. 82.2 and 3 a and c, related to art. 83.2.b of the RD, the AS FC Universitatea Cluj club is sanctioned with a sports penalty of 16,875 lei, according to lpf.ro.
Also, the footballers Cristian Daniel Neguţ (Hermannstadt) and Daniel Florea (Farul) were suspended as a result of the eliminations from the matches with UTA and FCSB, respectively:
- AFC Hermannstadt vs. AFC UTA Arad – Elimination of player NEGUŢ Cristian Daniel (hosts) – Pursuant to art. 63.1.a and 2.4.a of the RD, the player Negut Cristian Daniel (hosts) is sanctioned with a suspension for two matches and a penalty of 3,000 lei
- FCV FARUL Constanta vs. FC FCSB – Elimination of second coach FLOREA Daniel (hosts) – Pursuant to art. 65 a of the RD, Mr. is sanctioned. Daniel FLOREA (coach of the hosts) with suspension for two matches and sports penalty of 4,500 lei.
