In Rospotrebnadzor, they said that a resident of the Yermakovsky district through the Internet bought an individual entrepreneur from another region for his car for his car. For this, he paid 65 thousand rubles.

But immediately after receiving the money, the seller stopped in touch. When the deadline set by the contract expired, the man applied for help to Rospotrebnadzor and filed an application with the court.

Representatives of the department found that an individual entrepreneur immediately after concluding the contract stopped activities. But by law, he was obliged to fulfill his obligations.

Therefore, the court sided with the buyer and collected 202 747 rubles from the former entrepreneur. This amount consisted of 65 thousand rubles paid under an agreement, the same amount of the penalty for violation of the contract, a fine of 67.6 thousand rubles, compensation for non -pecuniary damage in the amount of 5 thousand rubles and compensation for losses incurred.
