Illegal workers from Turkmenistan and Kyrgyzstan were detained in Krasnoyarsk (video)

In Krasnoyarsk, security forces conducted another check of compliance with migration legislation. The raid was attended by employees of the Department of Migration, Criminal Investigation, FSB and the Investigative Committee with the support of the patrol service.
Law enforcement officers checked 36 foreigners who worked in a cafe, wholesale warehouse and construction site in the Zheleznodorozhny district. Five were taken to the migration service for investigation.
Among those detained is a 30-year-old citizen of Turkmenistan who came to Russia as a tourist in December 2023, but remained to work without permission. The court fined him 3 thousand rubles, followed by expulsion from the country.

A 31-year-old Kyrgyz citizen who entered Russia despite the current ban was also detained. Based on this fact, a criminal case was opened for illegal border crossing.
Both violators are being held in the Temporary Detention Center for Foreign Citizens until the execution of court decisions. In total, the audit revealed seven violations of migration legislation.
