The minister of climate and community Paulina Hennig -Kloska dismissed Witold Koss from the position of general director of the State Forests – the ministry said on Monday on Platform X.

Koss was appointed as the head of the State Forests in January 2024, replacing Józef Kubica.

From 2008, Witold Koss headed the Regional Directorate of State Forests in Szczecin. After leaving the management in 2015, he was a forest inspectorate in the Skwierzyna Forest District. (PAP)
