Two people died when a helicopter crashed on Saturday near the town of Malawa near Rzeszów – Marcin Betleja, spokesman for Podkarpacie firefighters St. Bryg, told PAP. Minister of Infrastructure Dariusz Klimczak said that a team had been delegated to investigate the causes of the tragedy.

He added that 11 teams of firefighters from the Volunteer Fire Department and the State Fire Service from the Rzeszów district are on site, who extinguished the burning helicopter and secured the scene of the incident. – They are still checking the area to see if anyone else was there – he added.
The police and the State Commission for Aircraft Accidents Investigation will investigate the circumstances and causes of the plane crash.

Minister of Infrastructure Dariusz Klimczak emphasized that services are working on site. “The Chairman of the State Commission for the Investigation of Aircraft Accidents, Tomasz Kuchciński, informed me that he immediately delegated a team to investigate the causes of the tragedy and the circumstances of the event,” he said on the X platform.
