US President Donald Trump has declared that all executive orders signed by Joe Biden using the autopen device are considered invalid. In a post on Truth Social, Trump stated that: “Any document signed by Sleepy Joe Biden with the autopen, which was about 92% of them, is null and void.” He added: “The autopen is not allowed to be used without the express approval of the President of the United States“.
Trump reiterated this position in public statements as well, saying that “any document signed by Biden with an autopen, which is about 92% of them, is null and void.” He insisted that Biden “was not involved in the autopen process” and warned that “if he says he was, then he will be indicted for perjury”.
Controversy over Biden's condition and use of autopen
The Biden administration's use of the autopen has become a heavily exploited topic for Republicans in recent years. Joe Biden was not involved in the autopen process, and if he says he was, he will be prosecuted for perjury”.
