Products

  • 250 ml water;
  • 1 tbsp. l. Sahara;
  • 7 g yeast;
  • 500 g flour;
  • 3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil;
  • 1 tsp. salt.

Preparation

  1. Sift the flour.
  2. Add lukewarm water, yeast, sugar and salt.
  3. Pour in vegetable oil and knead soft dough.
  4. Leave the dough in a warm place for one hour, covering it with a towel.
  5. During this time it should double in size.
  6. Form the dough into pies. Cover them with a towel and leave for 15 minutes.
  7. Fry the pies in vegetable oil until golden brown. You need to fry over medium heat.
