There is no more rust in the toilet: I do a trick with the tank – I clean it 10 times less often

Rust and limescale on the walls of the tank appear in any toilet. To prevent its appearance, housewives use various chemicals, for example, tablets, but they do not last long, and the price is high.

But experienced housewives have found a way that will help save the family budget and time. You can clean the inside of the tank using ordinary kitchen aluminum foil. This simple life hack helps reduce the build-up of hard water deposits and significantly reduces the frequency of cleaning.

How to use

  1. Roll small balls of foil about the size of a walnut.
  2. Remove the toilet cistern lid.
  3. Place the prepared foil balls there and close the tank back.

Aluminum interacts with water and prevents the formation of plaque on the internal walls. Thanks to this, you have to clean the toilet noticeably less often, and the tank itself remains in order longer.
