The 25-year-old, suspended from the Buenos Aires City Police, had been on the job for three years and three months when she was suspended. The scandal began when her superiors found the photos and videos in which she appears, among other things, using the handcuffs of her uniform, in her underwear and with half-naked girlfriends, writes Perfil.
One of the recordings that led to the further verification procedure was found on Instagram, where the girl could be seen playing pool, dressed in a police uniform, while another woman was in her underwear on the table.
“I'm a mother, I have a daughter and I also take care of my family. It was a way to find another professional outlet,” explained the 25-year-old in an interview with Telefé Noticias about the reasons that led her to sell content on social networks. According to her, in the last month alone she generated up to 6 million pesos (about 3,500 euros) through OnlyFans.
Regarding the financial necessity that led her to sell content, she explained that in October of this year, she was on medical leave due to long-term neurological and psychiatric treatment following an episode of gender-based violence, which is why her salary was reduced.
“When we are placed on standby or in prolonged medical treatment, the army takes half of our salary. At the time, I was earning 600,000 pesos, which was not even enough to buy the pills”detailed in the dialogue with Todo Noticias (TN) the woman who suffers from epileptic episodes.
About his work at OnlyFans, a popular adult content platform, he detailed: “I've been selling content for a month and this month I collected 6 million pesos. (…) I did it out of necessity, my salary wasn't enough.”
“I'm not the only person who has this kind of second job, there are many other people, both male and female colleagues”insisted the young woman suspended from the City Police, arguing that the police “they get a very low basic salary for the vocation they have' and that they 'risk their lives 24 hours a day'.
Regarding the photos and videos marketed on the platform, Nicole clarified that although “is usually asked for content” in uniform, she explained to customers that “no sexual content in uniform” and proposed another outfit.

“I'm willing to do what they tell me”she later added regarding the administrative investigation she received from the police force for improper use of police uniform and, faced with the possibility of being fired from the police force, added: “Currently, I don't intend to be a policewoman any more.”
“I knew that I could commit an administrative offense, but I did not think that I would end up with this “ranking” that I had, it is very exuberant and I did not know that this could happen”she regretted. “I didn't know this would have the repercussions it did.”she concluded after apologizing.
Once the scandal went viral on social media, a report from superiors determined that Nicole's behavior “significantly affects the prestige of the institution” and was qualified ast “improper use of assigned police uniforms and equipment”arguing that “iinvolves the maintenance of public order and the guiding principles of public security established in Law 5.688″.
Internal Affairs also intervened in the case, and the investigation was transferred to the Office of Transparency and External Oversight. Immediately after that, an administrative investigation was opened and it was decided to change the officer's status to “available”in order to subsequently assess his possible dismissal or reinstatement, depending on the outcome of the ongoing disciplinary process.
A possible case of human trafficking is being investigated
After the controversy reached federal justice, lawyer Rodrigo Tripolone requested that the episode be investigated as human trafficking for the purpose of sexual exploitation, arguing that Nicole could be the protagonist of a network of accounts that monetize the suggestive content of other women.
“There is no traffic network behind”the young woman pointed out, defending herself from the lawyer's accusations and assuring that she is working “in particular” and that there is no pimp behind the sale of adult content broadcast on Instagram, TikTok and OnlyFans.
