The Labor and Employment Agency of the Krasnoyarsk Territory won the All-Russian competition of management innovations

In Moscow, participants of the II All-Russian competition for the best executive body of the federal, regional and municipal authorities of Russia in the field of management innovation were awarded.
The Labor and Employment Agency of the Krasnoyarsk Territory won in the category “Practices for developing human resources potential of government bodies and institutions.”
A total of 210 applications from 50 subjects were received for the competition. The victory was awarded to the regional agency of labor and employment for the implementation of the project “Laboratory of client-centricity of the employment service of the Krasnoyarsk Territory”.
The laboratory was created by the agency in 2022. Its activities are aimed at improving the quality of customer experience and comply with the principles of the federal project “State for People”, the implementation of which is under the special control of the Governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, Mikhail Kotyukov. Experts study different groups of clients and, based on the data obtained, increase the comfort of the conditions for providing support measures.
In addition, the Laboratory aims to improve internal communications. For this purpose, a study of employment center employees is being carried out, their training, motivational activities are being carried out, and a mentoring system has been introduced. Based on the Laboratory’s materials, a staff development program is formed, which includes advanced training, on-site intensive courses in the region, online marathons, case championships and quizzes. Over the years of the Laboratory’s operation, 273 personnel and career consultants from employment centers have been trained.
It should be noted that the work to introduce the principles of client-centricity into the activities of the regional employment service is highly appreciated at the federal level. For this area, the agency has repeatedly received awards from the Federal Competence Center for Employment of the Russian Ministry of Labor.
