The exchange of transport cards and the sale of new ones starts in the Krasnoyarsk Territory

In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the exchange of transport cards will begin on November 25, the Ministry of Transport recalled.

Transport card holders need to contact to Krasnoyarskavtotrans service points for transfer balance of money for a new card and its activation. The transfer of funds will take up to three business days.

Also starting tomorrow sale of transport maps of the Krasnoyarsk Territory of a new model. They can be purchased for 105 rubles at Russian Post offices, Rospechat kiosks and Telecomservice offices.

Let us remind you that the new ticket system “SberTroika” will launch in the region from December 1, 2025. It will be possible to top up SberTroika remotely – through the banks’ mobile application or personal account, access to which will be possible through the Transport Card website – from tablets, computers and iOS devices, as well as through the T-card mobile application for Android devices.

Cards with the new system will be read by validators in public transport. Will also be preserved the ability to pay for travel in cash, by bank card or using a QR code.

There is no need to exchange social cards for new ones; they will continue to be valid.
