April 6, 1920

The publication “EAO: History of the administrative-territorial device” (0+) published information that on April 6, 1920, a declaration on the formation of the Far Eastern Republic (DVR) was adopted at the Baikalian Workers Congress. It included the Transbaikal, Amur (which included the future EAO), Primorskaya, Sakhalin, Kamchatka regions and the alienation strip of the Sino-Eastern Railway (CCP). The Provisional Government of the Republic, headed by A.M. Krasnoshchekov, the former chairman of the Dahlovnarkom, a member of the Dalburo of the RCP (b). The capital of the DVR became Verkhneudinsk. Soviet Russia officially recognized the FEVR on May 14, 1920, introducing it from the very beginning financial, diplomatic, personnel, economic and military assistance. This allowed Moscow to control the domestic and foreign policy of the FEVR and create the People's Army (NRA) on the basis of the Red Divisions.

In September 1958, he was transferred to the tractor driver to the Birobidzhan state farm, where he worked for three years. After the discouragement of this farm, he was transferred by the machine operator of the second branch of the October state farm.

Derbenev was elected three times as a deputy of the Khabarovsk Regional Council of People's Deputies. Pyotr Pavlovich passed away in November 2000.

Pyotr Pavlovich Derbenev was awarded the Order of the Red Banner of Labor, medals “For Valiant Labor”. At home in with. Blessed, where Derbenev P.P. lived, a commemorative board was installed.

We decided to build a factory in an economic way.

“It was difficult and unusual, there were not enough materials. The Stakhanovites of the factory gathered and wrote a letter to Comrade Ordzhonikidze. They told the drug addict a heavy industry about how their factory looks now and what it should imagine in the future, how artisans were accustomed to work on machines. In 1962, by a decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Council of the RSFSR, the village of the Third Branch of the Samara state farm was renamed the village of Lugovoi. The village of Lugovoi stands on the banks of the Malaya Samarka River (the influx of Samara, the Amur basin). The road to the village of Lugovoi goes east of the administrative center of the rural settlement of the village of Polevoy, a distance of about 5 km. To the south of the village of Lugovoi there is a road to a blessed village.
