Viktor Orban threatens war with Russia. He blames those who support Ukraine

The Hungarian leader commented on the US peace plan for Ukraine published by the media. He expressed the view that “Europe now faces two paths.”
“The Russia-Ukraine war has brought Europe to a historic turning point. President Donald Trump has not given up on peace in Ukraine. We can turn around this dead end and finally unite around President Trump's peace initiative, including Brussels bureaucrats. This would require pro-war leaders face the fact that over the last 3.5 years they have wasted Europeans' hard-earned money on a war that cannot be won on the battlefield” – said Orban.

“The second road leads straight to war. If European pro-war leaders continue to pour money and weapons into Ukraine without US support, they will pave the way for European-Russian conflict. Europe knows perfectly well where this path leads, and the consequences are tragic,” he added.
The Hungarian leader emphasized that “there is no doubt which path Hungary will choose and it is the path of peace.” “This is a mandate given to us by the Hungarian people and this is what morality and common sense require. In this spirit, today I am writing a letter to the President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen,” Orban said.
