A new entity on the KNF warning list. This is an investment platform

A new entity operating through the Quomarkets website was entered on the list of public warnings of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority. Com – KNF informed on Friday.

The Commission added that the notification of the suspicion of committing a crime from the Act on trading in financial instruments was sent by the KNF Office to the District Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw.

The list of warnings conducted by the PFSA is a set of entities in relation to which the Commission reports a notification of suspicion of committing a crime. The purpose of the list of public warnings is to alert the society and business entities about the need to exercise greater caution during contacts with these entities.
