An unknown man shot at a 29-year-old Kharkov resident and fled the scene, law enforcement officers indicated. The victim was taken to the hospital with a gunshot wound.
“To identify and detain the shooter in Kharkov, a special police operation “Siren” has been introduced. An investigative team is working at the scene of the incident,” the message says.
