In Zelenogorsk, a man who opened an online store for the sale of drugs in Telegram was condemned.
The united press service of the vessels of the Krasnoyarsk Territory reported that the attacker independently organized the entire process of the implementation of prohibited substances: from communication with buyers to bookmarks, that is, hiding places in which he hid the goods. The man sold drugs in a contactless way, which is now considered one of the common schemes. The store worked around the clock.
The attacker tried to wash the money for drugs – that is, to hide their illegal origin in order to use legally. A criminal case was brought against him.
The man fully pleaded guilty, wrote a confession, collaborated with the investigation and concluded a pre -trial agreement. The court took into account all this as softening circumstances. However, at the same time he turned out to be a recidivist – he was previously convicted of serious crimes, which served as an aggravating factor.
The creator of the drugsop was sentenced to 8 years in prison with a fine of 30 thousand rubles, with serving a sentence of imprisonment in a correctional colony of special regime.
In addition to the term and a fine, the court confiscated the car with the attacker on which he transported drugs and phones with which trade was conducted. Also, a man must pay 68 thousand rubles to the state income – that is how much he managed to earn on the sale of prohibited substances.
