The Ministry of Agriculture of the Krasnoyarsk Territory summed up the results of the selection of agricultural consumer cooperatives for compensation of costs when purchasing milk and meat from the population. Support from the regional budget will total about 52 million rubles.
The funds will be transferred by the end of November to 23 program participants from the Abansky, Dzerzhinsky-Taseevsky, Idrinsko-Krasnoturansky, Karatuzsky, Kuraginsky, Minusinsky, Irbeysko-Sayansky districts.
This support measure has been in effect in the region for 17 years and is in great demand. The main condition is that cooperatives must maintain the volume of purchases of agricultural products to the level of last year.
In 2025, the regional Ministry of Agriculture held three selections in this area. 27 agricultural cooperatives received support. 167 million rubles have been allocated from the regional budget for the implementation of the program. Cooperatives are reimbursed for part of the costs for 31.5 thousand tons of milk and 1.4 thousand tons of beef purchased from villagers in the fourth quarter of last year and three quarters of this year.
“Some of the cooperatives that purchase milk and meat from the owners of personal farmsteads form product batches for sale, while others process raw materials in their own workshops and sell finished products with greater added value. This provides additional employment and income to village residents, and also allows them to guarantee the sale of surplus agricultural products,” noted Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the region Oksana Divnogortseva.
