Russian President Vladimir Putin's direct line will be held without traditional live broadcasts, and Russians are encouraged to send their appeals via smartphones. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov stated this at a briefing.
As he noted, thanks to gadgets, the government can receive requests from citizens from anywhere in the country. Therefore, he is confident that all Russians will participate in the direct line.
“For now, preliminary, direct inclusions, as before, are not needed now. That's why there won't be any. Now any citizen of the Russian Federation who has a smartphone is the organizer of the live broadcast,” Peskov noted.
The presidential press secretary clarified that an AI system will also be used to collect messages. He called on citizens not to be afraid of this process. After all, the neural network only makes the work of the direct line organizers easier.
Earlier, Dmitry Peskov revealed when Vladimir Putin’s direct line will take place. He said the event is scheduled for December. However, the exact date and time will be announced a little later.
