In fact, the moratorium on shutdown of those who refuse to pay for electricity was canceled 15 months ago – January 1, 2024.

It was a state decision and suppliers have no choice than to execute it.
However, suppliers do their best to prevent such a scenario and the evil debtors are disconnected only after all attempts to resolve the debt are exhausted.
