In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the quality of public services will be improved taking into account the opinions of residents

The government of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, chaired by Governor Mikhail Kotyukov, discussed the implementation of the federal project “State for the People.” The main goal of the project is to make receiving state and municipal services as simple and convenient as possible.
Now the Krasnoyarsk Territory ranks 12th among the constituent entities of the Russian Federation in terms of the level of implementation of human-centricity. Minister of Economy and Regional Development of the Territory Tatyana Magdibur said that 30 government services are provided remotely and automatically based on information already available to regional departments.
Some of the support measures were combined in such a way that, with one request, the issue could be comprehensively resolved and all the necessary services could be received. In the region, six such life situations were chosen as a pilot project: “Large family in the Krasnoyarsk Territory”, “Job Search: Your Employment”, as well as services for representatives of indigenous peoples, agricultural enterprises, tourism businesses and those in emergency situations. These practices are already recognized as the best in the country.
The quality of services is checked by a system for collecting and analyzing feedback, and there is a user testing laboratory. Customer experience is continuously analyzed until the service becomes comfortable, perfect and best suits the needs of users.
It becomes easier to receive state and municipal services with the help of multifunctional centers, where the principles of the “State for People” project are also being implemented. Let us recall that during his visit to the region, Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation – Chief of Staff of the Government of the Russian Federation Dmitry Grigorenko visited one of the Krasnoyarsk MFCs, got acquainted with the results of the project in the region and gave a positive assessment of the work done.
“The main principle of the “State for the People” project is changing the culture of communication between government bodies and people. This requires constant feedback from residents, as well as improvement of work within departments and in interaction with each other. Good experience has already been gained, which is highly appreciated by federal colleagues and experts, which means it’s time to expand it, scale it up and exchange these practices with other regions,” said Mikhail Kotyukov.
The governor instructed the regional government to pay special attention to SVO participants and their families – to make it easier for them to receive social support measures, to transfer them to a proactive mode.
