According to reports by AFP journalists, the stand of one of the countries participating in COP30, which was located at the entrance to the facility, caught fire. The spreading smoke caused panic in the building.

COP30 is the 30th Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) – an annual climate summit at which representatives of almost all countries in the world negotiate common actions to limit global warming and adapt to climate change.
