The prosecutor's office initiated additional measures to catch animals in Krasnoyarsk.
The department's press service noted that signals began to arrive from Priboynaya Street. River port employees reported that their way to work is blocked every day by packs of aggressive stray dogs. The situation is becoming more acute every day.
“The danger took on a special scale due to the fact that the largest school, No. 158 “Grani,” is located on the same street. The threat looms not only over adults, but also over hundreds of children who go to class every day,” the press service noted.
The prosecutor's office immediately organized an inspection and found out that the municipal control for work with HOAs and the development of local self-government, weakened control over the situation, and the contractor did not fulfill its obligations to catch animals. The prosecutor announced warnings to the heads of the organizations, after which the capture specialists carried out additional visits.
The situation is under special control.
