In Krasnoyarsk, the search for a contractor has begun for the reconstruction of Bogotolsky Lane, the mayor’s office reported.

The starting price of the contract is 297.5 million rubles. The winner is planned to be determined at the end of November.

The contractor will have to implement the project developed by Grazhdanproekt JSC. Bogotolsky Lane from the street. After construction, the road will be landscaped – the contractor will plant spruce, pine, apple, rowan, lilac, acacia, hawthorn bushes on the lawns – just a few hundred trees and shrubs.

“Under the terms of the contract, construction and installation work must begin during the season – in April 2026. But we plan that the winning bidder will enter the site much earlier, since there is a lot of work to be done to prepare the territory. It is necessary to remove the water supply, sewerage, heating and electricity networks. The contract also provides for the reconstruction of the retaining wall along the 36th building on the street.
