“We were really looking forward to the resettlement. We get a new apartment in the Leninsky district, on the street. Locomotive. We have a son and granddaughter living in that area. As soon as I saw the new housing, I realized that this was the dream of my whole life. The apartment is bright, the windows face the sunny side, there is a large balcony, I will plant flowers. In addition, our old apartment area was 40.3 square meters. m. and now it will be 50 sq. m. m,” said Lyudmila Kaplich, a pensioner moving from a dilapidated house.
The mayor's office said that the keys were handed over to the new residents by the deputy head of the city, head of the urban planning department, Sergei Shikunov.
“Houses No. 25 and No. 27 on the street. We resettle the army using funds from the city budget and regional subsidies. We have also already begun to resettle residents of dilapidated houses who were included in the regional targeted program. We were allocated 2.68 billion rubles from the federal, regional and city budgets. With this amount we must relocate more than 1,500 people to comfortable and safe conditions. The funds have been transferred to the department, we have begun payments,” said Sergei Shikunov.
The head of the urban planning department also added that 57 agreements for the payment of monetary compensation for seized property have already been concluded. The first purchase of apartments also took place; 92 sets of keys should be issued by the end of this year. The progress of the program is under the control of the acting head of the city, Roman Odintsov.
As part of the program, 44 dilapidated houses will be resettled in Krasnoyarsk by 2028. Separately, at the expense of the city budget, in 2026 it is planned to resettle two more emergency houses at 19 Novaya Zarya Street and 5 Biyskaya Street.
Also, as part of previously concluded agreements on the integrated development of territories in Krasnoyarsk, in 2025, developers transferred to the municipality 64 residential premises for those displaced from emergency housing. In 2026, it is planned to transfer about 140 residential premises. These apartments will accommodate residents of emergency buildings whose resettlement period was shortened by court decisions.
