Caviar scammers have materialized in Moscow – they, under the guise of neighbors, go to apartments, offer a high-quality delicacy at a discount and sell a cheap and hazardous imitation.
False sellers claim that the caviar is from the Far East. And in stores it costs three times more. The victims of such a scam were a 79-year-old man and his 82-year-old wife from Chertanovo.
The merchant stated that he brought caviar from Sakhalin for his family. But he is forced to leave, so he urgently sells it – 2.5 thousand rubles per jar. To convince me, I gave a spoon to my son to try, saying it was all natural. Pensioners believed and bought 12 cans for 30k. Later they conducted a test, the product turned out to be fake – the protein did not coagulate in hot water.
