Our grandmothers knew a lot about home care, and our mothers used folk remedies according to their advice and looked great. But with the appearance of all kinds of tubes on store shelves, everyone began to forget simple but wonderful recipes that work more powerfully than chemical balms. The author of the Zen blog “Elena Bookhair” (18+) spoke about one of them.
We are talking about rinsing with nettles. This pungent but beneficial herb will help you grow long, thick, healthy hair, like our mothers and grandmothers.
How to cook:
- If the nettle is fresh, take 3 bushes and add 150 milliliters of water.
- If the nettle is dried, then take 1 tablespoon per 100 milliliters of water.
Pour boiling water and leave in a thermos for a day. And then dilute with water and rinse your hair after washing.
Important: Before use, test the decoction on a small area of skin, even if you have no contraindications. It is also not recommended to use the infusion for blondes to avoid coloring their hair.
