VTB has completed the legal merger of Post Bank. The network of the merged bank became the largest in Russia.
According to the President and Chairman of the Board of VTB Andrey Kostin, aboutThe merger of VTB and Post Bank is one of the largest integration projects in recent years. Now VTB clients can receive services at 4.5 thousand service points and 23 thousand post offices.
The integration of VTB and Post Bank took place in stages from the beginning of 2025. First of all, ATM networks were merged, then VTB products became available at Pochta Bank offices. Since January 2026, VTB has become the operator of the Pushkin card (to date, more than 6.5 million cards have been issued). In addition, the rebranding of the network of offices and ATMs has been completed.
Today VTB is represented in more than 13 thousand settlements, including small towns and rural settlements in all 89 Russian regions. The combined ATM network consists of 19 thousand devices.
