Columbines are eternally alive. Tusk: 1,009 pitches are under renovation, another 206 are under construction

Currently, in Poland, 1,009 orliks ​​are under renovation and 206 are under construction; and a total of over 2.6 thousand are active. eagles – said Prime Minister Donald Tusk on Saturday. He added that the eagle program is the envy of Poland throughout Europe.

– I would like to thank everyone involved, the Minister (of sport and tourism, Jakub – PAP) Rutnicki, his entire team and predecessors, for getting this great Orlik project – good, modern, truly world-class sports facilities – off the ground again. We currently have 1,009 Orliks ​​under renovation and 206 new Orliks ​​under construction – said the Prime Minister on Saturday before the final of the second edition of the youth football tournament “Z Orlika na Stadion” at PGE Narodowy.

He added that there are currently over 2,600 orliks ​​active in Poland. In his opinion, the columbine construction program is “a great program, a great project, it is truly the envy of all Europe.” He also expressed satisfaction that the program has been operating for years and that young football players are “showing what they can do.”

Saturday's final of the 2nd edition of the youth football tournament “Z Orlika na Stadion” is organized as part of the government's Active School program. During the event taking place at PGE National, the 24 best teams from all over Poland, whose players were selected in the national qualifiers held on 550 Orlik, will compete against each other. The main prize in the tournament is a training camp in Barcelona and training at the La Masia football academy. (PAP)
